Terms of Service
QRPress is browser-based software provided free of charge, as is. These terms are deliberately short.

What the service is
A set of static web pages that run in your browser and produce files. There is no account, no hosting, and no processing on our side.
Your content
Everything you create is yours. We claim no rights over it, and we could not access it if we wanted to, because it never leaves your device unless you publish it yourself.
Your responsibilities
- The content you create and publish, and its accuracy.
- Where your QR codes point, before and after printing.
- Backups. Browser storage is not durable and we hold no copy.
- Hosting, domains and any terms your host imposes.
- Complying with the rules of any third-party platform you link to.
- Any laws that apply to what you publish, including accessibility and consumer rules in your jurisdiction.
Availability
No uptime is promised. The site may change or disappear. Files you have already exported are unaffected by that, which is the main reason the product works this way.
Warranties
The software is provided without warranty of any kind. In particular, no QR code is guaranteed to scan on every device, and the readability check is guidance rather than a certification.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Given that the service is free and holds none of your data, the practical exposure in either direction is small.
Prohibited use
See the Acceptable Use policy. In short: do not use this to deceive people.
