Acceptable Use

Do not use this software to:
- Impersonate a person, business or institution.
- Build phishing pages or anything designed to collect credentials.
- Distribute malware, or link to it.
- Take payments through a page designed to look like someone else's.
- Place QR codes over someone else's, or in a way meant to mislead about the destination.
- Publish illegal content, or content that harasses or endangers people.
- Collect or expose personal information without the consent of the people concerned.
What we can actually do about it
Very little, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise. There are no accounts to suspend, no hosting to withdraw, and no visibility into what anyone builds. The export runs entirely on your device and the resulting files are hosted by you.
This policy sets an expectation rather than describing an enforcement mechanism. Where a published page breaks the law, the route is the host it sits on and the relevant authorities, not us.
One deliberate product decision follows from this: a QR code made here encodes exactly what you typed and points wherever you say. There is no redirect under our control, so we cannot silently change a code's destination after you have printed it, and neither can anyone else.
