Privacy

Your projects

Projects are stored in your browser using IndexedDB. They are not transmitted anywhere. We have no copy and no way to obtain one.

Images

Images you select are read by the browser, resized and re-encoded on your device, and stored locally alongside the project. They are never uploaded.

QR codes

QR codes are computed in the page. No QR service is contacted. This includes Wi-Fi codes The network password stays in the page's memory and is not saved.

Exports

Export files are assembled in the browser and handed to your downloads folder. Nothing passes through us.

Accounts

No account is required and none exists. We hold no record that you visited.

Cookies

We set no cookies. Small preferences, such as your last-used settings, may be kept in LocalStorage on your device. That is browser storage, not a cookie, and it is not sent to anyone.

Analytics

There is no analytics on this site at present. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before it ships, and any analytics would be limited to page-level traffic, never the contents of your projects, which we could not see in any case.

Hosting

This site is served as static files by a hosting provider. Like every web server, theirs records ordinary request logs, typically including IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent. We do not control that, and we would rather say so than claim nobody anywhere records anything.

Sites you publish

Once you export and publish a page, its privacy behaviour is yours. If you include a third-party embed, that service will see your visitors. Privacy Mode replaces embeds with a click-to-load placeholder so nothing external loads until a visitor asks for it.

Removing your data

Everything QRPress has stored is in your browser. The workspace shows how much space it uses and can delete all of it. Clearing site data in your browser settings does the same thing.

Deleting is immediate and unrecoverable. Export a backup first if you want to keep anything.
